Location

Hotel Vondel Amsterdam is located a stone's throwaway from the Concertgebouw, Museumplein with the Rijks Museum, the Van Gogh Museum, the Stedelijk Museum and the P.C. Hooftstraat where you will find the most exclusive shops of Amsterdam. The famous Leidseplein with its bars, restaurants and clubs is in the immediate vicinity.

From the central station it is easy to take tram number 1, 2 or 5 to the 'Leidseplein' which costs approximately Euro 2.60 per person. You can buy tickets at the conductor in the back of the tram. If you get off on the Leidseplein you see two big hotels, the 'Marriott' and the 'NH Amsterdam Centre Hotel' in between you'll find the Vondelstraat. When entering the Vondelstraat you will find Hotel Vondel Amsterdam after 100 meters on your right.
